is there anywhere in 1000 brussels to properly and legally dispose of small electronic goods such as hair dryer and electric toothbrush? I have no access to car so needs to be close by via foot or public transpo. Thanks.

i think there should be a depot of "1000 bruxelles commune" You can go and dispose your stuff. You need to call to the commune for the address and for further information.
