Professional car cleaner

Question

Just bought a used car and tho they have cleaned it, I'd like to take it somewhere and get it detail cleaned. In the states it's called car detailing. What's it called here and does anyone have a recommendation? Anywhere near Rixensart/Waterloo/Louvain la Neuve/Overijse best but if they are good will go further.

Not really helpful but I went through the same exercise and couldn't find anything but car washes - I don't even think there's an equivalent in French - the closest which comes to mind is 'grand nettoyage'. Good luck.
