private phone number

Does anyone know how easy it is to change a land line number to X directory ? I cannot find it on the belgacom site. I am on Robinsins list to stop unwanted sales calls but I get inundated with French sales calls. It used to be one or twice a day but from January its gone to 3 or 4 a day. cheers
