Yes, Brussels Childbirth Trust has playgroups in Wezembeek, Ixelles and perhaps some other locations in the city centre. They can all be reached by public transport. Both mums or dads can participate to these playdates. There used to be a 'stay-at home dads' special group also. You can just check from the internet.
