Plasterer needed urgently

Question

Hi, I have a small piece of wall that got damaged by a leak we didn't know was happening until it was too late. It has now dried out but needs replastering. Can anyone recommend a well priced plasterer who might actually show up? It seems very difficult to locate and get tradesmen, who don't charge Monopoly money prices, interested in coming out in Brussels - thanks everyone

July tends to be builders holidays you may struggle immediately finding anyone to do it legally will also maybe be an issue if you need the invoice for say insurance many people seem to want to work illegally unless you pay the earth for them

If you are insured you should contact your insurers first for advice.
They may tell you to go ahead and send them the bill; they may tell you who you have to use.
Don't assume that they will simply refund a bill after you have had the work done without telling them first.

The insurance company told me to go ahead after their expert came to my place, when it was time for them to pay they refused. They told me I should have called them again for a personal visit after the damage was visible and before the actual repair took place. (Previously they told me taking pictures of the work is enough. Be careful.
