Phone Auto-update question

I have a Nokia 1616 running on BASE. Had it now for several years.

The time on the phone is set to update automatically, but that function doesn't seem to have ever worked in Belgium.

Funny thing is, when I go to France or the UK, the auto-update works perfectly, so it can't normally be a phone problem.

And the guy at BASE didn't have a clue.

Anyone else having this same problem with a Nokia phone/BASE? Anyone found a solution?
