I've recently moved to Brussels with my dog and am curious if it is necessary to register pets with the Commune? Also is it necessary to get an EU pet passport and if so, how does one go about getting one? Any info would be much appreciated.

Find a vet and they will do what is needed for a passport -- Our vet organised teh passport, chipping and vaccinations. In our commune certain breeds have to be notified
