I am a former military solider with a strict and consistent healthy lifestyle. If you are interested in losing weight or improving your cardio endurance, I am the right man for the job. If your goal is to gain muscle, a gym membership would be required; right now, I have a Basic Fit membership.
I would only charge 10 euros per session, with each session varying in time depending on the workout for the day.
