If you don't already know about ONE (French) or Kind en Gezin (Dutch), these organisations look after the vast majority under 6 year old children in Belgium when it comes to preventative medicine and vaccinations. Kind en Gezin might be more English-friendly, google it and find your nearest baby clinic and they will do preventative health checks and free vaccinations.
