Pediatrician Ixelles

Hello, I´m looking for an English speaking pediatrician in Ixelles (around the Abbey de la Cambre, avenue Louise) and would be grateful for recommendations.

Also, how does the system work in Belgium - do pediatricians do home visits and emergencies at night / weekends? Or do we have to find a GP for that? Or is the only option going to the pediatrics ward at a hospital? I have a first newborn baby and am a bit lost :)
