PEB Certificate
Hi everybody,
I'm putting my property up for rent (a 110m2 apartment) and I'm told I need to provide the PEB Certificate.
As usual it is expensive, as everything mandatory, and I would like to know if anybody here knows somebody (an individual or a company) that can give me that for less than 100€.
I already fund a company that can do it for 129€, which I still find expensive.

guess what? in belgium there is little competition so the prices are very much standard based in the side of your property.
however strangely enough some companies accept eco-cheques to pay for the PEB Certificate so if you have any....
Also in Groupon (!!!) sometimes companies offer PEB certificates for a good discount. It wouldnt hurt you to check...
When it was my turn to do it, I also provided a clear floor map of the property, if you do not have it they might charge some 10 euros extra.
