Passport pictures
I've seen a passport photo booth on ULB campus at the copying center, but the ones in the metro have always worked great (I love that you can choose which photo you want among three tries!)
Your other option is of going to some photo store; where they sell photo film etc they also do passport photos usually...

If you have transport you can go to Carrefour Planet,Kraainem - the show repair shop inside the comlex does passport photos - they take them for you.
