My friend has just visited me over the weekend and yesterday he was given a parking ticket. His car is UK registered with UK plates. Will he still have to pay the 15 euro fine?
We both didn't notice the parking sign.
Any ideas all?

Yes he will have to pay 15€ fine. Once i went to London and i was fined 55€ so i paid the fine.
