Question

Quick question regarding parking in Stockel square - does anyone know whether with a carte riverain you are able to park free of charge in the red parking zones? Have tried looking online but is quite confusing so just wanted to check if anyone has first had experience. Thanks!

Red zone = pay, even with a card.
Orange zone = must use parking disk with a card, maximum 2 hours.
