We are going to Cologne for a few days. The hotel parking seems expensive (1.80 per hour). Can anyone recommend somewhere to park centrally (near central station and Dome) where you can pay a daily/overnight parking charge?

It can be very cheap to take the train, 38 euro return per adult, children under 15 are free when travelling with adults, this is DB ICE price, not Thalys price. It could be cheaper therefore than driving and parking.
