Paris CDG to Brussels by TGV

I will be meeting a very pregnant lady and her 4 year child at terminal 1 in Charles de Gaulle airport and returning with her by TGV to Brussels. I looked up the web site and it's clear we have to take a shuttle from terminal 1 to the TGV station. Will taking this shuttle trip be strenuous for her or relatively easy in terms of distance and effort needed?
