Parental holiday
Hi all, Does parental holiday affact your annual holiday please? I am currently doing parental holiday (80% working i.e holiday, wednesday 1/2 a day and the rest split into an hour each day). I am not able to find the exact information in the www. Is there someone out there who might be able to shed some light on this subject please?

It all depends on your contractual relationship with your employer. You really need to ask whoever does your HR.
Hi, if you were taking a classic 1/5 parental leave (i.e. working 80% with one full day a week off), then this would indeed impact the calculation of your holiday allowance. But because you are not taking full days off, and present every day, it's likely that your parental leave won't have an impact. But indeed, like CM said, always best to double-check with your employer to have your eyes wide open :)
