Parcel delivery to Luxembourg

I have a package that I need to send from Brussels to Tervuren. Weight is about 40kg so using the post office , TNT, DHL, UPS,GLS etc is not an option. They all stop at 30KG . It's not so big but 40KG is fairly heavy but it would easily fit on the boot of any car. (maybe not a Smart car...) 

Does anyone know of any company that shuttles between Brussels and Lux or a freight service that might be worth trying ?
