does anyone know what is the maximum amount of days a person can take between the end of the working contract and the begin of the (compulsory) outplacement training, which is provided by the company in case of collective dismissals?
i am planning to do some travelling before I start this outplacement but I can't seem to find how much time off I can take before I have to start it. HR as usual doesn't know and I can't seem to find any precise information in Google
