Outlook express - unable to download mail

I have done something stupid and now cant download my mail to Outlook express. Here is the message I get.Can anyone advise? Where do I need to go into to fix it? And how? Thanks

Most likely skynet has documentation on how to setup outlook express. review that and redo the setup...
