Out placement service for finding work after redundancy

Question

Does anyone know the requirements for eligibility for the outplacement services that companies are required to pay for when they fire someone? It is under Belgian law I believe. I think one of the requirements is that you have to be above 40 years of age. Do you know if it depends on the number of months worked? Or is anyoen over 40 who was in full-tile work eligible? Thanks for any pointers.

Is this due to a collective dismissal? Or is it just for one person?
