organising a stall for a weekend/easter market
Does anyone have any advice on who to contact about setting up a cake stall at a weekend/easter market or a school fair? I had a stall at the brussels vintage market last week selling cupcakes and other large cakes and it was very successful - a sell out in fact! If anyone has any experience selling at a local market or tips on how to go about organising this that would be great!
St Anthony's have a Summer fete, but I would guess if you wanted a commercial stall there, you'd have to donate a significant amount back to the church charities. You'd be in the same position for a school fete - usually cakes sold at them are donated so all the profits go to the school PTAs.

I think you need to look at a website such as quefaire.be and find brocantes or marchés where there are other commercial sellers.
