ophthalmologist for children to get second opinion

Question

Good morning. Can someone please recommend a good ophthalmologist for children. I went to one and she prescribed glasses and an eye patch for my 3-year old (astegmatism and a lazy eye). I am not saying she is wrong but I just want to get a second opinion as in my country very rearly patches are prescribed and also glasses for children are not that common. Here so may children wear them. Thank you so much for advice.

2nd opinion: UZ Leuven - St Raphael. English spoken.
Lazy eyes are best treated ASAP, with patches and sometimes glasses. 3 is a good age to catch it. Astegmatism is one of the root causes, so you can look forward to an operation soon (in & out in a day, minimal fuss & distress), and regular (3 monthly) hospital visits for the next 3-4 years to follow up.
