Online banking without gadgets such as card readers

Question

Dear everyone,

I am looking for a Belgian bank that allows me to do online banking without having to use useless gadgets such as card readers or security tokens. I would like to be able to do my transfers with username and password only (and maybe a security code via sms).

The best thing to do is to set up Mobile Banking. That's what I do. Then, you only need your user name or client number, a password, and a code that the bank sends by SMS. Otherwise, you'll always have to have a card reader/token with you.
