old electricity meter

Question

Hello, in our home we have an old electricity meter. On the panel it states 1975. I know that Sibelga replaces old meters complying with a legal act but I cannot find the relevant list. The meter probably works fine but during Engie Boxx installation we observe sometimes very slow spinning. I try to have a dialogue with Sibelga but so far could not succeed. I do not want to just invite them for a control (you need to pay a lot if the meter is functioning properly) and want to learn if our meter is eligible for replacement.

If you already have a contract with Sibelga, they should be able to inform of the compliance of the meter.
IMO, 1975 is not particularly Old in regards to this type of equipment.

I am told that our meter is not yet in the systemic replacement programme but still missing the reference to the relevant FOD Economie decision. I new survey might include such old meters though.
