OCI card from Indian embassy Brussels

Has anyone applied for an OCI card to the Indian embassy in Brussels? The processing time is 60 days according to the website. I had applied in August and it is past 60 days now. The online tracking of the OCI application shows it is still under process. It would really help to know the first hand experience of the average wait period or the timeline of the application sent via the Indian embassy in Brussels. Appreciate any feedback
