Oath for executors

Question

I have to sign a UK "Oath for executors" document (related to a will) witnessed by a solicitor/notary. Does anyone know if they have to be english-speaking if done outside the UK, e.g. in Belgium? Also, how much would I expect to be charged? In the UK the standard rate is £5, but I cannot imagine it would be as low as that in Belgium.

Before you do anything and particularly before you spend money, check with whoever has sent the document as to exactly what is acceptable to them.
If it is simply an official witnessing a signature, my commune would do it, cover the document with official stamps and not charge anything.
