Novice online shopper
Looking into online shopping for the first time as I receive constant emails for great offers from Gap etc. in USA which now say delivery to Belgium. Sorry if this is obvious to many readers but do they deliver by courrier or belgium post? if the latter does that then cancel out the good deals they seem? Also is there a difference between ordering from amazon.com or amazon.uk?

Just make sure you buy from http://www.gap.eu/, not the www.gap.com site.
Same for Amazon, buy from amazon.co.uk or .fr or .de.
That way you'll be buying from a EU company, and the prices will include VAT.
The problem you'll have buying from a site outside the EU, is that your goods will be due VAT on import into the EU, and will be held up in customs.
