Notary Public

I need a Power of Attorney document notarized by a US Notary Public. The first appointment at the US embassy is in early June and I need the document notarized asap. Is there anyone out there in xpat land who is a Notary Public (not a notaire) whose commission is current and who would be willing to notarize a POA form for me. Hoping there might be a notary working for a multinational or who is a trailing spouse whose commission is current and who can notarize. In Brussels. Thanks.
