Tax refund

Hi there,
I recieved notificatin from the tx man onthe refund that i'll be recieving byt the end of this April and I believe strongly that there has been a mistake. A neighbour of mine who kindly took care of all my details, calculations etc quoted one amount and the tax man quotes much less. I assume therefore that I have a certain period of time for "complaints" and where do I have to go to? - my local office or the main tax office?

You will need to proove they have done a mistake!
There are bankwebsites where you can calculate the refund.
If you would have filled your tax forms from within the Internet (My Min Fin), you would have got immediately the final calculations.
Have you still filled the old fashioned paper-base forms??
