Public/Private Construction work

Hi!

There was a building opposite our house which was broken down last month. Currently there are some workers working on the site. I wish to know what is being constructed there. Is there a way to find out online? I was checking at http://www.brussels.be/artdet.cfm/4975 but the site is not listed.

Any information will be appreciated.
