Question

Having recently retired from full-time employment, I would love to help pupils with financial difficulties to improve their knowledge of the English language either through conversation or grammatical study. This could be on a purely voluntary basis.

Maybe try to contact a Belgian school , as most people on this website do speak some English.
Some Belgian schools do have a system of native language volunteers for a couple of hours a week .
