Question

I applied for an OCI card 6 months ago at the Indian Embassy in Brussels and have not been contacted by them since then. I called them several times over these 6 months and have got the same answer each time, "It's under process". Does anyone know of a way around the problem? Thanks.

Thanks but I don' see a "form". If you are referring to the page with 3 fields to fill in, I've already done that, many times and the answer is always the same "under process"!

Well, me If I was in this situation and if i got no replies to my emails, I will insist by the phone and telling all the things u did.
After, if it doesnt work I would go directly to the embassy at the reception.
Also, you have another alternative it's to send a "recommandé" by the post, with this, they have to sign a paper and cannot ignore your request.

Hey,

Were you finally successful in getting the OCI card? I have applied to the Indian Embassy in Brussels in August and there has been no change in the status. It still shows "UNDER PROCESS" and it is past the 60 days processing period. It would really help to get first hand feedback from you regarding the timeline
