Legal Jobs in Belgium
Dear,
I have a UK masters degree in law and have been looking for a job for quite some time now.
All I ever get are regrets and I am curious, is it possible for an English speaking lawyer to get a legal job in Brussels?
I seem to also have no luck with any other position and I was told by a friend that Belgium is very conservative when it comes to recruitment. They mostly hire one for what they studied.
Can anyone please guide me through this maze. At this point any decent job will do.

Hi Izzie, are you applying solely to law firms? Have you thought of applying to public affairs consultancies? Some may call for people with a legal background like you, particularly if they follow the work of the Commission or specific European Parliament committees. Just a thought.
