Question

Can anyone recommend a small inexpensive meeting room to rent for a day, for 15 people with screen, projector, wi-fi and preferably catering facilities? EU area if possible, but not essential ...

I think it is 100 EUR per day (that was the price last year, to check) to rent the Elan meeting room. Not a good area, 1 tram stop behind the Gare du Nord, but in an office complex with Flemish NGOs and companies. http://www.eatvzw.be/
