Steak restaurant
http://www.jostheys.be/en/
It's a restaurant on a farm in the middle of nowhere beyond Leuven but it's a fabulous place to eat steak and T-bone is defintiely on the menu.
I would suggest, based on my experience the El Rancho at Central Station. I like their meats aBrilliant T-Bone, brilliant meats (my favourite is lomo beef medium with onions), and sauces (pepper sauce the jummiest).
You don't need really to reserve, but if you go with larger company (4 or larger) or at peak times (fri-sun after 18h) then it is better.

On the other hand, if you want to get away from Antwerp, 't hoeveke in Lier could be a good choice ( http://www.grill-restaurant-thoeveke.be/), also they serve T-Bone. Reserve in advance (they are usually full). Note: their well done is really well done (to the dry side in my opinion).
Both restaurants are similarly priced (for t-bone and frietjes and little sla approximately 26-27EUR)
