Plenty of places sell W7 pc's. You need to go somewhere that sells to the professional market as opposed to the consumer market, so avoid places like media markt, carrefour, photo hall, or Vanden Borre etc.

Online, you can buy W7 pc's from Dell. I bought one the other day. Try also pixmania.be. They have a few W7 boxes. They even have a perfectly good Windows XP box on sale at €149 !!
