Need help regarding private kindergarden issue

Good morning!

One year ago, when my child was born, we found a private kindergarden in our area. Knowing that it is pretty difficult to find a place in a good day care, we decided to make the prepayment (500EUR) in order to keep the place (was requested by the owner).

Now it happened that my husband was offered a job abroad.
My question is: Does the owner of the creche have to give me a paper (as the proof that I did not receive back my 500EUR) that should be submited with my fiscal declaration? If yes, what is the name of this paper in French?
