In need of an advise for my job search in Belgium

I am a US citizen.  I am currently visiting family members who reside in Belgium. I have been here for about a month now.  My job search has not been successfull.  I can only be in Belgium for a maximum of 90 days.  This is my background.  I have a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.  However, i have never really used it.  i am bilingual.  I speak, read, and write in french and english.  In a recent past, I have worked as a secondary math teacher(8th to 12th grade) in the US.  I have also worked as a supplementary instructor/assistant/ tutor at the university level.  I would like to receive some advise or suggestion on: Which kind of employer might be interested in my profile ?  How can I break into the local job market?  Thank you for your help.
