I am new to these group.
Type B (Long term residence card) are eligible to apply for Naturalization ?
What all would be the criteria need to fullfil before applying for Naturalization ?

You apply for naturalization at the commune where you are registered.
Go there and ask for advice. They have your details and can tell you whether you qualify and how to apply or, perhaps, that you do not yet qualify but can apply after another couple of years.
