Mutuelle - what is "insurance obligatoire" and "avantage"?

Question

Hello,
I am very confused with my mutuelle Euromut, as they ask me to pay annually for Avantage Euromut (~80EUR pp, plus 3EUR pp for fonds de reserve) as an annual thing. Everytime I ask them if this the insurance obligatoire they say yes (although when why is it called avantage?). I have additional hospitalisation and full insurance with DKV so i do not need any Mutuelle additional thing. Also I was trying to read all the info on Euromut website but it is very confusing...
Could someone maybe explain to me? Thanks!!!
Thank you!

Mutuelle "insurance obligatoire" is basically the Compulsory insurance and health care benefits.
“Mutuelles” offer complementary health insurance to cover some expenses that are not reimbursed by the basic coverage. This complementary insurance requires you to pay a premium, and it is mandatory.

Choose a different Mutuelle. If you can't go into a Euromut office and talk to them so they can explain everything in terms you can understand, go to one that does.

You have to have a Mutuelle. Your DKV is the complementary. I have CM and pay 69 a year for my obligatory and then nothing for DKV since it is through my work.
You seem to be complaining instead of going and seeking the answers you need and over less than 100 eur a year no less. For all you get I would be extremely grateful.
