Mutualité

Question

Good afternoon.

I asked relocation to my company to Brussles and I am in Brussels since 3 weeks ago. Unfortunatelly my company doesn't have offices here and HR is not aware of many things. Can you let me know where should I go to have, receive or request the Mutualité ( Belgium Goverment basic insurance)

Walk into a Mutuelle office locally and talk to them. If there's a language problem, go to a different office.

You should be aware that the service and refunds provided by all mutuelles is laid down by law and effectively identical.
You will find differences in the peripherals - one might give you a bigger box of goodies when you have a baby and so on. My mutuelle gives free postage to send paperwork in - I don't know whether others do - and will pay cash over the counter if you go into a local office - I know that others don't offer that service.
Your best bet is to find one that is most convenient for you either near to your home or your work.
