If you want to borrow for more than 100% of the real estate asset value (to include the registration rights, notary costs, mortgage costs etc...), you will have a monthly mortgage repayment of 1.224 € during 20 years to get 200000€.

You will have to prove to the Bank that your netpay is higher than 1224€ * 3 per month (3672€) and that your are employed on a definitive contract (not as a temp, not in trial period etc...)
