Moroccan Tagine

I have bought tajines from a shop in rue Marie-Christine in Laeken, don't know the name but it is a biggish grocer's shop (lots of fruit/veg on stands outside) about halfway between Bockstael and the pont de Laeken, on the left hand side as you are coming from Bockstael.

The guy is friendly and helpful, and of course he will sell you all the ingredients you need - except the meat, which you get from Boucherie Badr at the Bockstael end of the street
