Mold on clothes, shoes and in wardrobe

Mold Please Help... We have mold that keeps coming back on shoes and clothes and we don't know what to do.  We have used vinegar, Tre-tee oil, bleech and now we've just noticed some clothes in our wardrobe are covered in mold.  Is there any way of getting of getting rid of it on a permanent basis from clothes and shoes and wardrobe?  Thanks in advance
