Mexican restaurant in Brussels
There aren't any, unfortunately. The only edible (and, in fact, pretty good) Mexican food in Brussels is from Mexigo (www.mexigo.be), which does delivery and take out.
in leuven there is a mexican restaurant actually run by a mexican. ate there once and i thought it was good, but i am not really an expert on the subject (still, i can distinguish it with Chi Chi in De Brouckere)
I haven't tried it myself yet but it is indeed Mexican, on Blvd Anspach

Mexigo has closed, but there is a Chi chi's.
Wouldn't bother with Maya-Orient - looks like most of the good reviews on here:

are in fact the staff themselves.
In fact, if Citiplug is anything to go by, this is the only one worth considering:

Chi chi's in Wemmel is very nice, it's only opened a few months ago and has good parking near by.
I know this is not in Brussels, but it is worth a drive

There is a new Mexican restaurant in town (Châtelain, Ixelles), it's called : CHEZWaWa (http://chezwawa.com).
What is great is that they use really good ingredients (organic & fresh) that make the food delicious.
Only tasted the Burritos with chicken for the moment.
