Hi jdb, sorry to hear that, I can't recommend anyone specific, but you could try here:

http://www.amf.be/
http://www.amf.be/index.php/mediateurs-agrees-de-l-amf

This is in French, I would assume there is a Flemish equivalent, but I don't know what it is called.

The other thing to consider is calling your local notaire. If it is just to draw up an agreement, they can do it. ALso, they may know local mediateurs who could help.

Your first step should always be to contact a notaire/notaris. They will advise you on the legal situation in Belgium and on your next steps. The advice they give is free as they only charge (fixed fees) for drawing up the legal documents that you will require in any case.

The first step can also be to see a mediateur.
