Mechelen schools or nearby

We may have to change schools as the amount of problems arising seems to be getting out of control. can anyone recommend a flemish speaking primary school in mechelen or close by. Also if anyone commutes from mechelen area to a steiner school i'd be interested in your views, length of commute etc
