Maternelle in WSL or WSP

Question

We’ll be changing place next year and move from Schaerbeek/Evere to WSL or WSP (still TBC).

This will imply also a change of maternelle for my kid (3,5 yrs old) as we don’t want to spend hours in the car. My question is the following: according to your experience are there any GOOD schools which are NOT catholic out there? In the communes I’ve mentioned all talk about Mater Dei, Singelijn, Don Bosco, St. Michel, etc.

Does anyone here have experience of public French-speaking communal school which are CLEAN and have nice/new facilities, where lots of attentions are put on KIDS, with pedagogy which is not too old-fashion? Any personal experience is welcome!

Thanks for your inputs. As all parents know, it’s not easy when it comes to school’s choice.

It all depends where you will actually be living. WSP and WSL are fairly large communes and you can end up driving a lot to reach the schools. Pick your house/apartment and look at the Communal schools nearby. One will certainly meet you requirements.
