As a live-in landlord, I have my newly renovated penthouse flat on offer.
It is organised on different levels to create a feeling of space. Apparently much better in person than in the photos.
The central part is a huge open living space (45m² holding kitchen, the living room with a spectacular view, and the bedroom corner hidden from view.

On the mezzanine a bathroom with bath and shower.
Next to the living space a little hallway and a separate toilet.
On the landing on the way down, access to a beautiful roof terrace with amazing views on to the west of the city (16m²).
Another flight of stairs down brings you to the laundry corner where you have a new washer and dryer at your disposal.

Everything is provided to start living and cooking (cutlery, plates, pots and pans). Thebkitchen has an oven and microwave combo, induction, extraction hood, a tap type Quooker.

There is a huge built-in wardrobe custom made. Iron and ironing board.
Even sheets and towels provided if wished for.
The Velux windows have sun protection, the roof is very well insulated.
Moist air extraction (mechanical ventilation).
Heating with heat pump and solar panels.

PRICE: 1100 EUR

Fixed price for all utilities, wifi fiber fast internet, additional renters insurance for fire and calamaties, maintenance of heat pump, ...) is 190 for one resident, to be negotiated when a couple. You don't have any contracts to take out.
Rental contract terms are fairly flexible. But a preference for stays over 6 months.

Ideal for an expat or someone starting afresh who doesn't have much equipment yet.
